Hi Stan, I really like your stage 2. I have a better understanding of this stage after reading yours. It is clear that students will transfer their learning to real life experiences. Great job Stan :)
Hi Stan, the first thing that jumped out at me in your Stage 2 is how you pull the students away from just math based information and connect it to real life. I had a class at APU long ago that turned algebra away from letters and into real life concepts and it was the only way I could ever understand math! Great job on such an incredible idea.
Hi Stanley, I like your performance task where you provided clear example to what you want the students to do while applying real life scenarios. This will truly help the students understand the Pythagorean theorem. I would suggest including other evidence that meet the desired results from stage 1. Good job overall.
You did a good job of applying math to real world application. I didn't think to put teacher observation in mine, because that is a simple way to figure out if students 'get it' or not.
